I have some 12v coil mang. Much shtronger dan jo 6v coil. Bust wach jo self. Djew wan half my coil, mang? Firs wan is free. Nex time will cost jo.
If you keep fiddling with it, it's going to fall off...

i think i have the old style you are talking about. got three pinch bolts i can borrow?

I found a 6 volt cylindrical coil like for a VW in my parts bucket so I'm going to give that a try and see if that changes anything. I definitely have three extra pinch-bolts, but the last extras I got were the kind that the bolt pinches the cable, not the ones with the little spacer that the bolt presses on that presses on the cable. Comprende? Let me know, I work today but then have a couple days off.
