what is "semi-stripped"...??

there are 2 screw thats hold down the air filter on these stock carbs
in the below picture they would be where the red arrows are pointing

in the middle of them is a taller "screw" that is way different than the normal screws = has a pointy end to it and a spring that is sits threw so it stays where you adjusted it (idle speed screw)

I have found the answer. I was asking about screw #6 and #8 and their correct locations.
