Postby joe » Wed Aug 29, 2012 10:37 pm

getting wood thursday.

Did someone mention lending me a nail gun, air compressor, and selling my some nails? Will?

Plan is to work a little on it Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

sure..

got a framer nailer for you and some nails, compressor seems to have a leak under near the pump that needs a look at... you can borrow it but I think you should source another that can keep the gun at the pressure it wants = 5+ gallon min so the pump doesn't burn up.

nails are not galvanized so do pick some that are since they are required for the pressurized sill plate. You could hand do those since a whole box of those for the nail gun is way too many for your project.

I got more tools for you

call me around noon to talk

"hot dip" galvanized nails nails are required for pressure treated wood. Really spendy for a nail gun. I think I have about a half of a case
If you keep fiddling with it, it's going to fall off...

framing is complete. roof decking is in a stack and covered on the joists. Looks like Thursday and Friday are the best two days this week to do the roof. Working on it 2-6pm on Thursday and noon-6pm on Friday. any help will be appreciated. :)
